Working Hours:
Working days between Wednesday to Sunday.

Evening shifts: Between 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
Assisting chefs with daily food preparation.
Preparing ingredients and organising kitchen workstations.
Supporting the kitchen team during service.
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and working areas.
Following food safety and hygiene standards.
Assisting with closing and end-of-day kitchen procedures.

Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience 1+ year.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Reliability, punctuality and good teamwork skills.
Attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
