Napblog Limited is seeking experienced professionals to review and mentor participants in the Nap OS project-based learning programme to help international students (workforce development, industry-ready with native local working professional).

"You will work as a self-employed contractor, responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions."

This is a paid, remote freelance opportunity for professionals who can assess practical work, provide constructive written feedback and help students, graduates and career changers demonstrate their skills.

Participants complete practice-project briefs in their chosen field. Your role is to review their outputs against published criteria and provide an accurate record of the learning activities completed.

Responsibilities:

Accept an agreed caseload of participants in your area of expertise.

Review submitted project work against criteria provided before the activity begins.

Return clear, actionable written feedback within seven days of submission.

Deliver two 30-minute individual mentoring sessions per participant each month.

Help participants improve communication, documentation, presentation and problem-solving.

Maintain accurate review and completion records.

Respond to authorised verification enquiries using documented facts, subject to participant permissions.

Protect participant information and follow programme confidentiality and academic-integrity requirements.

Requirements:

Experience reviewing or supervising the work of colleagues, graduates, interns or junior professionals.

Strong written and spoken English.

Ability to provide specific, respectful and practical feedback.

Reliable remote-working facilities and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.

Expertise in data and AI, marketing, product, finance, operations, engineering, design, HR or a related field.

Engagement:

Remote, with scheduling agreed around participant needs and your availability.

Caseloads are offered for acceptance; work volume is not guaranteed.

Review allowance, payment terms and additional-work rates agreed before accepting a caseload.

No application fee or purchase of a Nap OS subscription is required.

Nap OS provides learning activities, project review and career-readiness support. Participation is not automatically employment or an internship, and employment outcomes are not guaranteed. Reviewers confirm activities and outputs they have assessed, not employment experience.

Apply to palani@napblog.com with your CV, field of expertise, availability and a brief example of constructive feedback you have provided.
