Financial and Accounting Technician required to work at GSA Accountants located at The Liberties, Dublin D8. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Duties will include assists with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments and expense reports; processes accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions; reconciles bank statements and financial accounts; assists with the preparation of monthly financial reports and accounting statements; maintains accurate records of financial transactions and ensures that supporting documentation is properly filed; assists with monitoring budgets, tracking expenditure and identifying discrepancies in financial records; liaises with suppliers, customers and other departments regarding invoices, payments and account queries; supports the preparation of financial information for audits and tax compliance purposes; performs general administrative duties related to the accounting function.
