Part-Time Workshop & Mobile Technician – Clare
€16–€18 per hour | 2 days per week | Minimum 16 guaranteed paid hours
Hybrid Battery Services Ltd, a business specialising in hybrid vehicle battery replacement and installation, is seeking a reliable, practical and mechanically minded individual to join our small team.
Based in **East Clare**, the successful candidate will assist with workshop operations and travel nationwide with our experienced technician to carry out hybrid battery installations.
Key Responsibilities
 Assist with hybrid battery replacement and installation.
 Prepare and assemble hybrid battery packs under supervision.
 Assist with safe loading, unloading and handling of batteries and equipment.
 Drive the company van to customer locations when required.
 Maintain tools, equipment and workshop organisation.
 Follow all workshop and high-voltage safety procedures.
Essential Requirements:
 Full, valid driving licence.
 Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience.
 Reliable, punctual and responsible.
 Comfortable with practical, physically active work.
 Flexible availability for two days per week, including occasional longer travelling days.
 Ability to work as part of a small team and follow instructions.
What We Offer:
 Permanent part-time employment.
 €16–€18 per hour, depending on experience.
 Minimum 16 guaranteed paid hours per week.
 Additional paid hours when required.
 On-the-job training provided.
 Opportunity to develop into a fully trained hybrid battery installation technician.

Previous hybrid vehicle experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
