The Westport Plaza & Castlecourt Hotel Resort based in Westport County Mayo are looking for a Chef de Partie.    Working in our Hotel Group kitchen, taking direction from the head chef to assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.  Responsible for maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness.  Salary starting at €36,605.00  per annum based on a 39 hour week.
