Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie sought for an well established restaurant, Elephant & Castle at 272 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6. Candidate Requirements: Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full-time role. Minimum of two years relevant experience. Hours per week: 39 hours.
