Uluru Bar and Restaurant Ltd. Ardkeen, Dunmore Rd, Waterford X91NCD8 is hiring a Sous Chef. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service, supervising and supporting the kitchen staff, managing food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality, ensuring health and safety standards are met, training and mentoring staff, stepping in for the Head Chef when they are absent. Proficiency in English, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members. 39 hours per week, Min Annual Salary range of €34,000 -€39,000.
