Hua Chinese Restaurant Limited T/A Wok in Chinese takeaway at manor road, palmerstown, dublin is looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.Duties include assisting head chef in food preparation and cooking.  Ensure food production is always at a high standard. Monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene. Knowledge of Asian cuisine is preferrable.
