Two technicians required for modular home assembly and installation. Work includes steel fabrication/welding, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and interior finishing such as panels, flooring, doors and fixtures. Must be experienced with tools, modular or prefab builds, and able to follow technical drawings.

Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in fabrication, MEP or modular installation. Welding skills, practical electrical/plumbing ability, interior finishing experience, and physical fitness for site work.
