Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Working as part of an experienced and dedicated team to maintain our Multi Award winning community garden.

Duties include:
- General upkeep of the garden 
- Strimming of hedges 
- Pruning shrubs and trees
- Lawn maintenance and edge trimming
- Keeping pathways clean and clear 
- Litter control 
- Planting flowers and vegetables
- Cleaning and maintenance of our goldfish pond
- Taking care of raised flower beds
- Safe use and storage of all tools and equipment
- Painting of fencing and garden sheds 
- Litter Control in Village
- Removal of weeds from footpaths in village
