CE Supervisor overseeing a Drugs Rehab CE project. Skills required:

Together with the overall team, to provide a range of Training and Rehabilitation services for clients of the Cornmarket Project
To be effective in the administration of all aspects of the Community Employment
scheme in accordance with DSP requirements
To assist the overall team in the delivery of behavior change group programmes
To assist the overall team in dealing with instances of difficult and challenging behaviour in a professional manner and in ensuring client adherence to the policies and procedures of the Cornmarket Project
To assist in ensuring best practice in delivery of services to clients
Participate in regular supervision with the Services Manager and help in identifying their own job- related development and training needs
