Liaise directly with site management to ensure smooth completion of work. Read drawings and set up work area to carry out work safely, in a timely manner and correct to the drawing. Getting production Right First Time. Quantity and quality of work to be of a high standard, free of defects and with attention to detail. Work safely in line with company policy and Health and Safety Standards. Work to tight deadlines. Report any issues to management in a timely manner. Attend and complete all required training. Requirements/ Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience. Ability to communicate in English. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
