Weekly Hours: 39 hours

Safari Childcare Limited is looking for full-time Playgroup Leaders to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in games and activities that foster physical, social, and language skills.
Prepare and maintain play areas and materials to support a wide range of children's activities.
Encourage children's independence, self-confidence, and positive social interactions.
Organise and oversee children's excursions and outings.
Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety regulations, responding effectively to any injuries or emergencies.
Maintain a clean and organized environment by putting away equipment and cleaning the premises after use.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues, maintaining accurate records as required.

Requirements:
Experience working in the field.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment.
Caring and empathetic nature.
A second language would be an advantage.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
