We are currently seeking to recruit two (2) skilled Butchers / Meat Processors to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Main Duties and Responsibilities Slaughter-free cutting, trimming, boning, and preparation of meat products Processing and portioning meat to retail and customer specifications Preparing and displaying meat products for sale Ensuring all food preparation meets HACCP and food safety regulations Operating meat processing tools and machinery safely Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised work area Monitoring stock levels, rotation, and minimising waste Providing professional customer service and handling special orders Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ experience as a butcher or meat processor Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and handling Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisational and time management skills Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours Salary & Employment Conditions Annual Salary: €34,000 Hours of Work: Minimum 39 hours per week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Waterford City Start Date: Immediate How to Apply: Interested applicants should submit their CV to: Email: alamingroceries@gmail.com Telephone: 085 860 6695
