1. Install and commission heating and plumbing systems (e.g. boilers, radiators, pipework, pumps).
2. Carry out mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair tasks on existing systems and conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
3. Ensure all work complies with current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and company standards. 
4. Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
6. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
7. Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform tasks
