We're recruiting an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee catering and service operations for Gather + Gather Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of 45k. Our office is located in 79 Fitzwilliam Lane, Dublin, Dublin, D02 V567 .

Purpose of Role -
 To deliver quality service across the unit
 To ensure a strong relationship is kept with client & customers
 To provide and maintain the highest standards of food & drink service
 To effectively utilize the branding and marketing materials provided
 To represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times
 To communicate effectively with your client & team
Responsibilities -
 Creating a positive team atmosphere & customer environment
 Configuring counter & display spaces to make them attractive
 Ensuring QHSE standards are met and upheld by your team
 Cash control, weekly banking, GP control and forecasting
 Handling and organising of hospitality and events bookings
 Identify training requirements, develop & progress your team
Experience and qualifications - 
 A flair for quality customer service
 A love of food & beverages and a knowledge of current trends
 Experience in a restaurant or café in a management capacity
 Strong communication skills
 A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
 Follow Group and Company policies and procedures at all times
· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
 Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
 Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
