Fuel clontarf a registered employer in Ireland, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our professional kitchen team. The successful candidate will support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Assist senior chefs with food preparation and service • Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety • Support plating and presentation during service • Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team Essential Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen • Fluent Portuguese to support day-to-day kitchen communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Knowledge of food hygiene, health, and safety procedures
