Baker required to work at The Artisan Pizza Company Limited t/a Pizza da Piero, located at Unit 8, Block K, Greenogue Business Park, Grants Road, Rathcoole, Dublin. Duties include producing our products to the highest standard and quality using the company recipe specifications, preparing ingredients ready for mixing, monitoring quality, health & safety and food hygiene maintaining very high standards, maintaining an awareness of the production plan and ensuring that this is always met. Ensuring regular cleaning and machine maintenance plan met. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in similar environment.
