Workshop Manager required to work at Invii Limited at Unit D1, Ballymount Drive, Dublin 12, Dublin, D12 CY99, Ireland. Must have at least six months’ experience in similar role. The employee will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high standards of service quality. This role involves leading and managing a team of technicians, optimising workflows, and ensuring that all repairs and services comply with company policies and manufacturer standards. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating staff, planning and delegating tasks, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and ensuring effective quality control.
