Identify and support the implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives Support operational planning through inventory forecasting and stock optimisation analysis Monitor and evaluate operational performance indicators, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Design, implement, and maintain operational control procedures to support consistent and compliant business processes Oversee inventory control frameworks, ensuring accuracy of stock data, integrity of systems, and alignment with operational reporting Analyse inventory usage, variance trends, and shrinkage indicators, producing structured insights and recommendations Maintain oversight of inventory and operations-related data across internal systems, ensuring consistency and reliability Coordinate with suppliers and service providers on operational and inventory-related documentation from a control and governance perspective Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant health & safety, regulatory, and governance requirements through monitoring and reporting
