Chef De Partie required by Okayu,  a Japanese takeaway located at 71,North Strand Road, Dublin 3. Assisting Head Chef in preparation, presentation and cooking of Japanese cuisine. Annual salary of €36,605; 39 hours per week. At least 2 years of experience in the preparation and cooking of Japanese or Asian cuisine.
