Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie sought at Nomata Food Limited trading as Buns & Dough at 257/258 Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous curry chef experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
