CAD Technician for busy Home Design & Planning Permission company providing planning permission, building surveying and technical support consultancy to private and commercial clients within the 26 counties.

It is essential that the candidate has proven knowledge of the planning permission application process in Ireland, has proven experience with AutoCAD, has ability to work on own and as part of a team. Being able to demonstrate command of 3D Design software will be advantageous.

Experience of Timber Frame Structures would be an advantage but not critically essential.

Good understanding of Engineering Principles is a must.

GPS Surveying. Candidate will be trained in use of our multi-band RTK GNSS receiver for surveying that provides milimeter-accurate, real-time positioning for Land Registry mapping & construction.

Successful candidate will have use of company vehicle & mobile. Position involves surveying existing buildings and green field sites nationwide.
