To carry out various analyses on sales, stock levels, and procurement so as to maintain efficient stock management and increase Tazaki Foods’ sales in the Ireland and EU markets for Japanese food and drink, in accordance with agreed business plans. To carry out the processing of orders from customers, as well contribute to the maintenance of excellent levels of customer satisfaction. Key Tasks/Responsibilities: • Carrying out various regular analyses on sales performance in Ireland and EU markets in order to assist the sales team with planning and activities. • Carrying out various analyses and checks of stock levels in order to maximise the efficiency of stock management and procurement in the Ireland business. • Processing sales orders from Ireland customers and related administration duties using SAP. • Answering emails and dealing with queries from customers relating to orders, products, and deliveries. • Checking and updating customer databases. • Assistance with supply chain management and procurement. • Supporting the sales team with their customer administration and input of data setting up new lines and pricing. • Assisting with sales data preparation and presentation. • Support for preparation of product samples and presentation materials. • Assistance with the preparation of sales promotion events, exhibitions, etc. Key Deliverables: • Achievement of highly accurate data analyses for Ireland team. • Development of a close working relationship with Operations Manager, the sales team and all other functions in the Company. • Achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient processing and developing and maintaining good customer relationships. • Reporting in agreed format and frequency to Operations Manager. Key Success Measures: • Maintenance of an efficient and focused analytical procedures and sales processing for Ireland business. • The consistent benefit of data analyses and processing activities to Ireland sales and operations teams. • Team performance and satisfaction.
