We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Operative to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning. What you'll do Carry out cleaning duties across production and manufacturing areas to audit-ready standards. Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively (training provided). Follow cleaning schedules, colour coding, and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and COSHH regulations. Report hazards, near misses, and equipment faults promptly. Support site operations where needed (e.g. setting up town halls, furniture moves). Represent Sodexo professionally, supporting client satisfaction. What you'll bring Previous cleaning experience preferred. Experience in food production or manufacturing environments is an advantage. Trained in Manual Handling and basic COSHH awareness. Valid Safe Pass Experience using industrial cleaning equipment (e.g. scrubber dryers, wet vacs, ride-on machines). Good communication skills and ability to follow written procedures in English. Full Irish driving licence desirable. Why Sodexo?
