The role involves managing customer-site inventory by maintaining agreed minimum and maximum stock levels and monitoring usage to ensure uninterrupted supply. You will receive gas and chemical deliveries from warehouses, deliver them to the correct on-site locations, verifying documentation, and inspecting containers for quality. The job requires daily walk-through inspections of gas and chemical usage points and receiving areas, as well as coordinating the return of empty or used packages to the appropriate warehouses. You will be ensuring that agreed minimum/maximum inventory levels are always in place on the customers site Monitoring the usage of the factory in order to ensure an uninterrupted supply of product to the customer You will advise the Shift lead of any increases or decreases in usage levels as indicated by the customer In addition, you will be receiving all gas & chemicals from the warehouses and delivering to the appropriate point of use on the customers site Verify all paperwork and visually inspecting all containers to ensure they meet quality levels expected by the customer You will complete the daily walk through inspections of customer's gas and chemical usage points and receiving docks Furthermore, you will manage the collection and return of gas and chemical packages to the appropriate warehouses And lastly, you will be actively participating in improvements across the team
