ATHULA'S FOOD LIMITED, t/a The Albatross Restaurant and Bar, Fermoy Golf Club, Ballinahina, Co. Cork, Fermoy, P61 D963. require a Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager for a busy restaurant and Bar.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.
Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include:
•  Similar experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.

Salary: €36,650 per annum.
Hours: 39 hours per week.
Location: The Albatross Restaurant and Bar, Fermoy Golf Club, Ballinahina, Co. Cork, Fermoy, P61 D963.
