Lettuce Eat at Market Street, Swinford,Co.Mayo is looking for a Chef de partie at our busy Asian street food restaurant. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Duties include assisting head chef in preparation & cooking of Asian style of cuisine, monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene.Candidate must also be able to work in a fast paced environment.
