What you'll do Lead and support the cleaning team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in line with company standards Train and support new and existing team members Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and correctly Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages Maintain cleaning stores and equipment in a safe and tidy condition Ensure safety signage is used appropriately and hazards are reported Respond to client or customer feedback and escalate issues where required Ensure compliance with company policies, COSHH regulations and health & safety procedures Support the site manager with day-to-day operational requirements What you'll bring Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities environment You’re happy working solo or teaming up with others You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills Why Sodexo?
