Description

1. Plan and direct food preparation

2. Modify menus according to business requirement

3. Responsible in the smooth-running operations of kitchen

4. Manage ingredients, food storage and maintain station hygiene.

Key requirements

1. Minimum 2 years experience

3. Flexible with shift hours- 10am-11pm, 39 hours a week
