Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a Financial and Accounting Technician who preferably has industry experience and is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role and Key Responsibilities
•	Manage the organisation’s billing processes, liaising with customers and business leads to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
•	Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection procedures.
•	Support the Senior Management Accountant in providing quality management information to stakeholders.  
•	Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
•	Assist with the Treasury process and provide back-up to the Treasurer where required. 
•	Utilise Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
•	Provide back- up for AP Accounts Assistant
Experience and Requirements
•	Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
•	Previous experience in an industry-based accounting role is preferable.
•	Strong understanding of billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
•	Proficiency in Excel.
•	Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
•	Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
•	Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
•	Experience with financial systems; knowledge of Business Central is an advantage.
•	Familiarity with data analytical tools for reporting and data visualisation is an advantage.

Other Job information
•	Full Time Permanent Position, 40hrs. Monday to Friday. 
Salary: €43,000 - €46,000 DOE
