Head Chef required to work at MM BBQ LIMITED, located at J2B Unit, Drinan Enterprise Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 F8X6. The applicant must have at least 5 years of professional experience in the position or a similar role. Duties include overseeing all kitchen operations in a barbecue-style restaurant; planning and preparing traditional barbecue and grilled meat dishes; supervising meat selection, cutting, marinating, skewering, and slow-cooking processes; managing kitchen staff and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards; coordinating stock control, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients; developing menus and daily specials aligned with barbecue techniques; monitoring cooking temperatures and quality to maintain consistency; ensuring efficient workflow during busy service periods; and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas and equipment.
