Chef de Partie who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties. Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner. Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required. Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines in a Chinese cuisine. Must have the ability to work well pressure with a high level of attention to detail required. Experience in Chinese cuisine required. Knowledge of HACCP required. Employer is Wok Inn.
