O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd / registration number 6370867N  is looking to recruit 1 chef de partie chef  to work in our property O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse, 10 Henry Street  , Kenmare , Co Kerry  www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com    
The chef de partie must work either in cold section ( cold starters/appetizers )  or any station of the hot section ( hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce ) and  oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his section
The sous chef must deputize the head chef, supervise and coordinate junior chefs, work and replace in hot or cold section 
The minimum annual gross salaries offered chef de partie & Sous Chef 36650 euro gross / year for a working program of 39 hours/week
Experience required: chef de partie minimum 3 years’ experience
