Responsibilities:
•	Operate and maintain fixed and mobile machinery, including loading shovels and excavators, in a safe and efficient manner.
•	Load and transport raw materials such as aggregates, sand and stone within the site.
•	Maintain site to a high standard
•	Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on fixed and mobile machinery, reporting any defects or issues.
•	Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations always.
•	Understand and be competent in emergency procedures and protocol.
•	Work closely with management and the site team to meet production targets.
•	Assist with general site duties, including stockpiling, material processing and housekeeping.
•	Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practice.
•	Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and other materials, digging trenches, and laying foundations
•	Lay pipes and install drainage systems in accordance with plans and specifications
•	Use hand tools, including shovels, picks, and hammers, to complete work
•	Pipework using levels building manholes etc.
•	Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
•	Work with other trades and team members to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard
•	Communicate with site supervisors and project managers regarding work progress, issues, and any necessary changes to plans or schedules

•	Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•	Ability to work well in a team environment
•	Strong focus on safety and quality
        Minimum 3 years experience required
