Nobox Outsourcing Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Background Check Specialist to support aviation recruitment and security clearance operations for Ireland’s leading aviation carriers. This role is responsible for conducting enhanced and standard background checks in compliance with EU aviation security regulations and National aviation security requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with aviation authorities, airline partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure all background screening activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within strict regulatory guidelines.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Baldoyle, Dublin 13.
