JOB DESCRIPTION & KEY REQUIREMENTS

PALLET SERVICE AC LTD is seeking a reliable and hardworking Wood Pallet General Operator to join its production and warehouse team. This is a full-time position involving the manufacturing, repair, handling, and processing of wooden pallets in a busy industrial environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The role involves working as part of a team to produce, repair, sort, and prepare wooden pallets for storage and distribution. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, dependable, and capable of carrying out manual handling duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

Manufacturing and repairing wooden pallets
Operating basic hand tools and machinery safely
Loading, unloading, stacking, and sorting pallets
Carrying out general warehouse and manual handling tasks
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or manual labour preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Basic understanding of workplace health and safety
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Training will be provided where necessary.
