Chef de Partie required to work at Rua Brew Pub Ltd, based at  BAR RUA, 32 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2, D02 HX66. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Duties will include the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes, as well as assisting with menu planning and development. Salary: €36,605 per annum. Hours: 39 hours per week.
