Aureol Global Connections is hiring Chef de Parties on behalf of The Hudson Lloyd Hotel Group Ltd. T/A The Arklow Bay Hotel, Sea Road, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Y14 DX02.In this role, you will be responsible for managing your designated section, preparing high-quality dishes to company standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen, a strong passion for fresh food and presentation, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. You should be organised, able to work well under pressure, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated chef looking to develop their skills and progress within a supportive and professional environment.
