The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on thermoforming machines and related plastic manufacturing equipment. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems to ensure production machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on thermoforming machines and related production equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Inspect, test, and maintain motors, sensors, wiring, control panels, heating systems, and machine components.
Support machine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting during production.
Identify causes of machine breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to reduce downtime.
Perform routine inspections to ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently.
Work with production staff to support smooth thermoforming operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and parts used.
Follow all health and safety procedures when working on machinery and electrical systems.
Support continuous improvement of machine reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
Experience with thermoforming or plastic manufacturing machinery is an advantage.
Understanding of motors, sensors, wiring, control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance/production team.
