Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults using advanced manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and software. Perform comprehensive fault analysis on engine management, transmission, braking, steering, suspension, and powertrain systems to identify root causes of technical failures. Inspect, calibrate, and repair advanced vehicle electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, actuators, and integrated onboard systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Execute complex repairs on hybrid and electric vehicle systems while complying with high-voltage safety procedures and technical standards. Analyse diagnostic data, technical service bulletins, and repair documentation to develop effective corrective maintenance solutions. Carry out precision testing, calibration, and performance verification of vehicle systems following major repair or component replacement. Evaluate vehicle performance using computerised diagnostic platforms and recommend technical improvements to optimise operational reliability. Maintain detailed digital service records, diagnostic reports, repair documentation, and quality assurance records in accordance with organisational compliance standards.
