Hh Spirit Limited trading as Haddington House requires Business and Operations Managers to join the team in Co. Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective operations the business while driving strategic initiatives to grow revenue and enhance customer experience. Must have the relevant qualification or work experience. The basic weekly hour is 39 hours. Minimum salary is €36,605 - €40,000 per annum.

Duties includes:

Overseeing all aspects of daily hotel operations
Managing, training and motivating staff to ensure high performance and excellent service
Maintaining standards of service across all revenue centres
Co-managing event enquiries, running orders, execution (when required) and billing
Addressing guest complaints, resolving issues and ensuring a positive and memorable experience
Working with other departments to ensure seamless operations
