What We’re Looking For:

No qualification necessary for Afterschool
3+ years’ experience in early years or school-aged care advantageous
Strong understanding of Aistear & Síolta frameworks
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for working with children
Experience with additional needs is a plus but not required
