Key Responsibilities:
Uphold pristine cleanliness throughout the main kitchen and its associated areas.
Deep clean kitchen floors, walls, and high-grade equipment.
Efficiently manage washing of cooking apparatus, tins, trays, and ensure dishes are promptly loaded into the dishwasher.
Support our esteemed chefs and food & beverage outlets by guaranteeing a steady supply of clean crockery and cutlery.
Thrive within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience in a hotel setting, particularly as a Kitchen Porter or Cleaner.
Is enthusiastic about the challenges of a labour-intensive role, flexible with working varied shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Demonstrates a strong proficiency in the English language.
