Nicolas Krause, based in Dublin 15, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Window Fitter to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will carry out window and glazing installation, repair and replacement works at residential and commercial sites in Dublin and other locations where the business operates. Main duties and responsibilities include: - Examining drawings, measurements and specifications to determine job requirements; - Removing existing windows, doors and damaged glazing and preparing openings for installation; - Installing, fitting and securing window and door units; - Measuring, cutting and positioning glass where required; - Applying sealants, mastic, putty or adhesives and ensuring proper alignment and weatherproofing; - Repairing or replacing damaged glass, windows and related components; - Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in window fitting, glazing or a similar role and must be capable of carrying out installation and repair work independently and to a high standard. Employment type: Permanent, Full-Time Working hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €38.000 gross per annum Location: Dublin 15, Ireland, with work carried out at various residential and commercial sites where the business operates.
