Senior carpenter for a Dublin based joinery company. 
Project Execution: Read and interpret drawings to execute high-end fit-outs.
Machinery Operation: Utilize workshop machinery including panel saws, planer/jointer, spindle molder, and finishing machines.
Leadership: Lead a team, manage apprentices, and solve problems efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and draftspeople to ensure high standards.
Quality Control: Ensure joinery production meets quality output standards.
