Responsibilities & requirements:
· Reporting to the Head Chef
· Taking responsibility for all aspects of food preparation & cooking
· Co-ordinate a busy food service
· Careful stock rotation
· Maintaining highest level of personal hygiene
· Plan for next days food service & ordering
· Good organisational skills
· Maintaining hygienic and safe kitchen practices
· Haccp awareness
· Preferred 2 years experience
