Claim Advisor (Motor Claims) Level 2

 What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Claim Advisor level 2 to join our team to handle Motor Claims Department. You’ll be responsible for managing claims from first notification through to settlement — taking ownership of cases, making decisions within your authority, and providing excellent service throughout.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Cherrywood, Dublin offices.
Key responsibilities:
•	Manage your own claims portfolio, from notification to settlement
•	Apply procedures and judgment to deliver fair, cost-effective outcomes
•	Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to move claims forward
•	Flag and support the resolution of any complex or escalated claims
•	Help identify potential fraud using indicators and professional insight
•	Provide great service and clear communication to our customers

What we’re looking for
•	APA qualification in line with MCC requirements (Certificate in Insurance Product Advice) is desirable. 
•	6+ months’ experience in an insurance customer-facing role
•	Strong communication and organisational skills
•	A proactive, problem-solving mindset
•	Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
•	A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
