Lead financial projects across cleaning operations, contracts and business units, analysing project budgets, expenditure patterns, resource requirements and financial performance to support commercially sound decision-making.
Develop and maintain project financial models covering contract revenues, labour costs, cleaning materials, equipment expenditure, subcontractor costs, overheads and projected margins.
 Analyse the financial performance of client cleaning contracts, comparing actual revenue and expenditure against approved budgets, identifying margin variances and recommending corrective actions.
Evaluate the financial feasibility of new cleaning contracts and service proposals, assessing pricing structures, staffing requirements, operating costs, expected margins and potential financial risks.
 Prepare project budgets and rolling forecasts for operational initiatives, incorporating workforce costs, equipment requirements, consumables, transportation expenses and other project-specific expenditure.
   Conduct cost-benefit and investment analysis for the acquisition, replacement or deployment of cleaning equipment, technology, vehicles and operational resources
