Position: Business sales executives
Salary: €36,605 per year
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Business: Large holding company operating franchised restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential franchisees, investors, and business partners.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital enquiries, events, and direct prospecting.
Present franchise opportunities and explain the company’s business model, investment requirements, benefits, and commercial terms.
Manage prospective clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to closing.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential franchisees.
Understand clients’ financial capacity, business objectives, and suitability for available franchise opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Prepare sales proposals, franchise information packs, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, negotiations, and sales activity
